The Blüthner Carré consists of five historic listed buildings located in the Waldstraßenviertel, on the Jahnallee / the corner of Tschaikowskistraße. These historical constructions were carefully refurbished and enhanced by modern elements. Modern apartments were built on the picturesque area between the city center and the Rosental.
