Located right next to the Grassimuseum, in the immediate proximity of the Augustusplatz, this historic listed corner building on the Inselstraße creates a “gate” into the Graphical district. Only after the inclusion into the building protection program of the city of Leipzig (Gebäudesicherungsprogramm) in 2006, the construction could be saved from decay. Today – after the careful refurbishment by the CG Group in close cooperation with the office for historical monuments - it is one of most beautiful constructions again.
